NFL.com has Joe Flacco...Matt Moore...and Matt Ryan as their candidates for Air player of the week.

Joe Flacco had a QB rating of 110.9 against the Bills
Matt Moore had a QB rating of 96.3 against the Rams
Matt Ryan had a QB rating of 119.2 against the Bengals

.....yet Ben had QB rating of 132.0 against the Dolphins

Any idea why these three tier 2 QB's would be nominated over Ben?

Ben fumbled the ball too many times and he plays for the Steelers. The Steelers' victory was also more controversial than the others, so it may be inappropriate to give him an award much like the MVP is rarely given to somebody on the losing team of a Super Bowl.

Very Rare indeed only once as a matter of fact. Cowboys vs. Colts...game was sloppy and colts won on a late FG but the MVP went to...

No fair googling or going to superbowl.com

Ask Cowboy fans this and see how many know the answer. I have asked many only 1 knew the answer. Sad Sad statement that a Steeler fan knows more about the team than most cowboy fans. LOL

Of course we cheated. How do you think we won 6 SBs? We've got Goodell in our pocket. He just suspends Ben and fines Harrison to make it look good.
He REALLY LOVES THE STEELERS!!!:heh:

Well...the Dolphins have a top 10 defense.

the Rams are #15...the Bengals are #20...and the Bills are #28!!!!!!

Cryboys fans know nothing about NFL history. They are the most fair weather fans. When they have a losing season, like now, they go and hide. When I tell them (I have too many friends that are Cryboys fans and it's sickening) about Art Rooney turning down NFL Films for the "America's Team" moniker, they huff and puff like I'm telling a lie.

Sorry to rant but I hate that team with a passion.

You would think Ben would be in there but we never get the praise that we deserve.

Because the first few Polamalu commercials were funny, but they're starting to run out of good ideas, and the last one was lame????

I don't think you can get any "most valuable" awards for anything when you have three fumbles in a single game. Even if the award is for something completely unrelated to fumbling ... ain't gonna happen.
