The Steelers embark on what could be one of the toughest stretches of their schedule this week when they travel to Miami to take on the Dolphins at Sun Life Stadium on Sunday. It will be first of three straight road games for the black and gold, something that is never easy in the NFL.

“Three straight on the road, it’s going to be tough,” said linebacker James Farriorhttp://www.steelers.com/assets/nflimg/icon-article-link.gif (http://www.steelers.com/team/roster/james-farrior/f7f4fe77-9d04-41fa-ba5e-c5c0c49ca51c/). “There is a tough challenge ahead of us. We just have to stay focused, take it one game at a time. Miami is next week. That’s all we have to focus on.”............

The Steelers are able to meet the challenge!

The last time they faced a challenge as it is in 2005 when the Steelers have won 3 games in a row on the road in the playoffs!

They need a team song like, "We Are Family".

Three road games and you all act like its over.

We went into Atlanta and Tennessee and handed them their asses in 90º heat.. I'm not worried about going on the road.

The Steelers go on the road all the time, but it's going to be extra difficult on them this time. Road crowds are going to be coming hard on them more than ever. Why?

Ben Roethlisberger.

Yeah, he hasn't been charged or convicted of anything, but opposing fans are going to hold his offseason against him anyway. Expect lots of annoying "She said no" chants, "Rapist" signs, and stuff like that. A perfect scenario for Ben's Revenge Tour. Shutting up road crowds when he tosses a few TD passes.

... and the 2nd is the start of 3 straight night games. 3rd night game is at home vs. the Patsies.

i believe to this point this miami game is our most important of the year because of that. road loses aren't terrible if you are home the next week (a loss sucks no matter what) but we need to win this miami game since they wont be able to redeem themselves in front of a heinz field crowd for another 3 weeks. i just think if we lost this miami game there is more of chance of us going on a losing streak then any point in the year since its 2 more on the road. obviously anything can happen but i sure hope we get off to a good start here.

well miami is practically heinz field most of the time anyway, so no worries there. Now against new orleans in prime time, yeah.

I'm most worried about NO. The Superdome is never an easy place to play.

They're all home games so long as we're the ones in the black jerseys and there's towels in the bleachers.
