Americans are so "scared" they're not thinking straight about the upcoming elections, President Obama said over the weekend, as he sought to explain why voters are turning to Republican candidates.

Really Obama ?!

Is this guy delusional or just a liar ? He must think we're stupid if he's trying to get us to buy this. Not thinking clearly explains why he and the libs are in such power right now. For the first time in a long time, voters ARE thinking clearly. VERY clearly. And it's because the libs have overplayed their hand. They are exposed.

Both!

If he thinks people are pissed now, wait till after the first of the year when all the bullshit hits.

Actually, I think it's the other way around. People are so scared that they are thinking clearly.

I think "angry" would be a more apt description of the electorate at the moment due to the bill of goods they were sold 2 years ago. However, the kind of elitist arrogance this clown has displayed that leads to condescending remarks like this one pretty much since he started on the campaign trail back in '08 is one of the main reasons his party is going to take a bath in the midterms. Sorry Barry, but the voters are thinking quite clearly (for a change, no pun intended), and you're the one who should be "scared."

Conservatives should definitively be afraid this election season. Especially of candidates like Taliban Dan Webster! :behindsofa:

I guess we are all stupid because we dare question him and his "brilliant" policies. Of course if Obama has half a brain he would be listening to the american people instead of insulting them

LOL, is that another doctored video to make it look like Webster is saying the exact opposite of what he really said?

Yeah, in the actual video he's telling the audience of husbands "don't pick the passage in the Bible that says 'she should submit to me', pick one that tells you what you're supposed to do in a marriage". So yeah, the whole ad is complete bullshit.

But I liked the part when he was playing with the children.

I am not so sure friend. Success bashing and "free things" goes a long way in this country these days...

Getting the large apathetic portion of their base motivated to vote (or do anything for that matter).... may be the key to their success imo.

It's the standard Dem mindset this year; if you disagree with them you must be either ill-informed or irrational. They cannot conceive of the possibility that they might be incorrect.

If this isn't doctored, someone hasn't been paying attention in church. Considering that was Mosaic Law which Christians don't have to follow any more.
