Fans expect to see Steelers wide receiver Hines Ward in the pages of Sports Illustrated or ESPN The Magazine.
But the November issue of Architectural Digest includes a different side of Hines Ward; namely, his palatial home near Atlanta. The home is featured in a six-page spread in the magazines People and Places issue, which also includes a look at homes owned by Rob Lowe, Las Vegas mogul Steven Wynn and filmmaker Oliver Stone.
The 15,000-square-foot neoclassical mansion includes a living room with a double fireplace. It features a media room, billiard room, poker room and the trophy room, where Ward displays his collection of jerseys worn by Hall of Fame players and "old-timers" who mentored him............
