PITTSBURGH --The Steelers (3-1), coming off a bye week, are huge favorites in Sunday's game against the Cleveland Browns (http://espn.go.com/nfl/team/_/name/cle/cleveland-browns). A major reason is the struggling Browns (1-4) are expected to start rookie quarterback Colt McCoy (http://sports.espn.go.com/nfl/players/profile?playerId=13199) in his first NFL game.

But the Steelers are not underestimating McCoy, who was the winningest quarterback in college football history at the University of Texas. Most, including the AFC North blog (http://espn.go.com/blog/afcnorth/post/_/id/18798/colt-mccoy-vs-steelers-a-recipe-for-disaster), don't expect McCoy to have much success against Dick LeBeau's physical and complicated defense. Yet Pittsburgh is taking this challenge seriously.

"He's a quarterback in the NFL," Steelers Pro Bowl linebacker James Harrison (http://sports.espn.go.com/nfl/players/profile?playerId=4433) said Wednesday. "That means he has the ability to do it. So we're not lighting up about anything." .........

Smart to proceed with caution.

Good to hear this. It is their job to be ready no matter who is playing on the other team.

Good. If we come in with any other attitude, we walk out with a loss.

Remember this is a Browns team that only lost by 10 to what I consider to be an above average Falcons squad.

Agreed. They barely lost on the road to a quality Ravens team and lost to the Bucs and Chiefs by a combined 5 points as well. With a couple of bounces the other way here and there, they could easily be 4-1/5-0 right now. I don't consider this to be a "gimme" game by any stretch.

Gotta love that name Colt McCoy. He deserves to win a Super Bowl just because of his name. Too bad he plays for Cleveland. Maybe he will get traded in a few years.

That poor guy....I know we should never over look anyone but a rookie QB playing for a BAD team going against one of the toughest defenses in the NFL tends to equal bad news for that rook.

Colt is a really good kid. The kind of man that you hope your kids grow up to be like. I go to church with a family that has known the McCoy's for many years and they speak very highly of the McCoy's. After his interview after the National Championship Game last year, my respect for him as a person grew a great deal. It's going to be hard for me not to pull for him on Sunday...even though I must.

I remember his face on draft day when the Brown's called him.

Not a happy face.

Agree they should take no one lightly but I think it will be a long day for him. There will be blitzes coming form everywhere.
