Sean Payton changed the whole football culture in New Orleans. He really is more than just a HC to the Saints fans. Going back through NFL HCs over the last 20 years and you won't find many that were as innovative as Sean Payton. He had a top5 offense 10 times, top5 scoring offense 9 times, #1 total offense 6 times. I don't know if he's going into the media part of football, plans to coach again, or maybe become a GM or some FO position, but I would bet on him being successful.
