No it's not. It's a reasonable play call IF you have an effective line and and running back in the game. Maybe if you add an extra tight end or a fullback. If all you do is still keep 3 WR in the game and draw them in tight which in turn draws all the defense in too, all you do is set yourself up for failure. If you know what you're weaknesses are and you make NO ADJUSTMENTS in play call to address them, then YES, it's a horrific play call.
