Our coverage scheme sucks...it's sucked for years. 6 guys in the secondary, 4 of them lined up 3 yards behind the first down marker. 4 receivers in the pattern and TWO of them don't have a defender close to them. (at least 4 yards away) How does that happen? How does this zone coverage scheme play so far away from receivers and expect to defend a pass play? I don't get it.

An offense like this works when you have a QB who can extend plays and throw beyond 10 yards. This offense can work with 2007 Ben, but we have 2021 Ben.
