The Browns, Bengals, and Ravens have QB's all on rookie contracts and are all built to contend now. The Steelers are stuck on a near-retiring declined QB and are not. They will be down this year and for a while. Even when the Steelers "won" this season, they didn't look good at all.

The 80's are here. A Mediocre Steelers team trying to stay afloat in a strong division.
