I am not really intrigued by Moses or James. Let the guys on the roster and that were just drafted play.

But Conley and Hooker on one year minimum deals....that would certainly plug some roster holes on the second and third units....

I doubt either of those guys signs here to ride the bench and play special teams...but I like the idea. Target young (ish) but cheap guys with something to prove.

About that “The Wolf of Wallstreet” scene…

Matthew McConaughey would do a chest bump ritual before takes. McConaughey starts doing it, and asks Leonardo DoCaprio to join in.

The cameras are rolling, and Leonardo looks over at Scorsese who mimes “Go with it.” Ergo, Leonardo’s awkward reaction and reluctance to join the chest bumping are REAL. In that moment, it is NOT the characters (Belfor & Hanna) who are thumping their chests… it is Leonardo & Matthew (actors) getting ready for a scene.

See below, from 1:40 on… once Leonardo grabs the olive. Unscripted. You can see Leonardo looking around like “Whaaaat?” You think it’s his character feeling awkward, but it’s he himself looking at the crew like “Is this for real???”

Serendipity at its finest.
