@AdamSchefter
Teams that showed the most interest in Ryan Kerrigan were the Eagles, Steelers and Bengals. But he opted to stay in NFC East.

Kerrigan would have been a great rotation player. Oh well.

Obviously the report means that Steelers are looking to improve the EDGE depth.

Some veteran free agents on the market.

Some are saying this makes zero sense.

Some are saying why would a team give up a mid round pick for an ILB after spending a mid round pick on an ILB?

Some are saying that Colbert likely asked and the Cowboys likely said no.

Some are saying that it would be hard to fit his salary into the cap.

As we all know, I was a big LVE fan.

The Cowboys are loaded at that position; I thought this might happen (although not necessarily with the Steelers). We have Bince (who’s retiring after the season), Spillane (who is good, but not great), and a rookie. I’d gladly trade a R3 pick for LVE.

That said, unknown sources are a dime a dozen.
