Week #1 was leaked and it looks like the Steelers open the season at Buffalo. Well they better have a good camp because the season starts out with a Superbowl favorite in their stadium.

Oh and we have the hardest strength of schedule. What a way to send Ben out!

Well that's how CBS Sports described it. I assume they know the whole schedule to figure out the strength of schedule nonsense. It's amazing that the Superbowl Champs have the 29th ranked schedule. It's like the AFC East moved with Tom Brady.

Another game 1 on the road.

Had to be because the Pirates are at home that day.

Patriots reportedly have a Week 14 Bye (latest ever since bye weeks implemented).

Steelers won't play on Thanksgiving (Bills at Saints in the night game).

Right! Has a Tom Brady led team ever has a tough schedule? I say NO! I still can't stand that guy!

IF it all holds true the AFC North teams are all with top 10 schedules. Steelers and Ravens are 1&2. Bengals 6th and Browns 9th. Who wants it easy? Let's GO!

I feel like toughness of schedule is both a major predictor a team's success as well as the most overated predictor of a teams success all at the same time. I look at a schedule where you go to KC, Buffalo, along with your division rivals and it's tough, period. On the other hand, once a season starts sometimes toughness of your opponent varies throughout by a lot. In 2020, the Steelers could have beat any team in the league in the early to middle of the season. By the end of the season they were not even a good bet against the bottom of the league. Play Cleveland early last year its a cake walk. Play them at the end of the season and its a big challenge. In fact, there was a spot last year where Tampa didn't look all that impressive.

So yea, tough schedule. But making accurate predictions off of it at this point is really the preverbal shot in the dark.

How did the Bengals get a tougher schedule than Cleveland?:scratchchin:

I could understand that when they both played at Three Rivers, but now that they have separate parks? :noidea:

I could be wrong, but I think with the close proximity of PNC Park and Heinz Field, they share the same parking lot.
