Eh, maybe. There was zero intentions from the Steelers that they would have drafted a QB at that time.

Trade away a 1st round pick for a player but then don't pick up his 5th year option? Everyone would have been fired IF they hadn't done this. Plus Minkah is the glue on this defense probably helped in the decision process a little too.
