Thanks for posting that. Good watch!
2 of the greatest plays in Super Bowl History in one game!
Always makes me wonder what Holmes’ career would’ve been like had he stayed in Pittsburgh...

.....and we needed every bit of both of those plays. I can’t decide which one is more fun to watch. I guess Harrison taking to the house. I did love the fact that Holmes and Ben nearly connected on the same play in the other corner on the previous play. Holmes could definitely make some plays.

Holmes does an awesome job with the commentary. He gets you to relive the game right along with him.

it looked like an impossible throw and catch. When I was watching that real-time, my first response was "No way he was in, that's incomplete". Then when they showed the replay that's when I celebrated :chuckle:

Great catch, and I loved the hell out of it... But still, that David Tyree catch in XLII would be my choice for best ever.

I'm STILL not sure he got both feet in! But an amazing catch and what the video highlights is that Holmes was instrumental in even getting down the field in time to make a TD grab!

True, but Tyree's catch was pure luck, SH was actually planned and the game winning TD catch.
The play before that, that Holmes dropped was actually overthrown by Ben. If Ben puts that ball 6 inches lower it's a catch.
Plus if you go back and watch the play where Holmes makes the catch, Ben had Nate Washington (#85) wide open running across the middle of the field. If he leads him and he catches it on the run it is a walk in TD.
But alas, Holmes catch makes it even sweeter!
