Thoughts on the list? Alan Faneca is on there again.
Jared Allen, defensive end – 2004-07 Kansas City Chiefs, 2008-13 Minnesota Vikings, 2014-15 Chicago Bears, 2015 Carolina Panthers
Ronde Barber, cornerback/safety – 1997-2012 Tampa Bay Buccaneers
Tony Boselli, tackle – 1995-2001 Jacksonville Jaguars, 2002 Houston Texans (injured reserve)
LeRoy Butler, safety – 1990-2001 Green Bay Packers
Alan Faneca, guard –1998-2007 Pittsburgh Steelers, 2008-09 New York Jets, 2010 Arizona Cardinals
Torry Holt, wide receiver – 1999-2008 St. Louis Rams, 2009 Jacksonville Jaguars
Calvin Johnson, wide receiver – 2007-15 Detroit Lions
John Lynch, safety – 1993-2003 Tampa Bay Buccaneers, 2004-07 Denver Broncos
Peyton Manning, quarterback – 1998-2011 Indianapolis Colts, 2012-15 Denver Broncos
Clay Matthews Jr., linebacker – 1978-93 Cleveland Browns, 1994-96 Atlanta Falcons
Sam Mills, linebacker – 1986-94 New Orleans Saints, 1995-97 Carolina Panthers
Richard Seymour, defensive end/defensive tackle – 2001-08 New England Patriots, 2009-12 Oakland Raiders
Zach Thomas, linebacker – 1996-2007 Miami Dolphins, 2008 Dallas Cowboys
Reggie Wayne, wide receiver –2001-14 Indianapolis Colts
Charles Woodson, cornerback/safety – 1998-2005, 2013-15 Oakland Raiders; 2006-12 Green Bay Packers
Out of this list the only LOCK I see is Peyton Manning and maybe Richard Seymour. But the rest of the list is so MEH.

Sam Mills? Dome Patrol!
Megatron should be a lock also. Not the longest career but a 3-time First Team All-pro, that might be enough since in his prime he was unstoppable

Manning
Woodson
Faneca
Megatron
Lynch or Wayne as the 5th inductee.
Maybe someday Sam Mills gets in, but I personally dont think he is HOF type player. Nor do I think Clay Matthews, Ronde Barber or Zach Thomas are HOF guys, but very good players.

I think Megatron waits a year due to lack of seasons. Manning and Woodson are locks. I think this is Faneca’s year.

Here's to hoping Bill Nunn gets in to the HOF this year. One of the pioneers of scouting for NFL players at HBCU's, where he found HOF members Stallworth, Blount and Shell.
Happy MLK day!

Alan has a shot and his time better come soon. Manning is a lock. If I were voting if would be:
Peyton Manning
Charles Woodson
Calvin Johnson
Alan Faneca
Zach Thomas

Not bad. Now I have to go out and pick some winning lottery numbers.
Happy that Bill Nunn finally got recognition he deserved.

Great news. I really did not think Faneca would get in. Thought he was very deserving of admission...but just figured it wouldn't happen.

The list:
Steelers:
Faneca: Glad to see him finally get in. The best guard of his era, waited too long
Bill Nunn: It's almost criminal him waiting this long considering his role in the scouting community and building what has to be the most talented roster in NFL history
Non-Steelers
Peyton: Obvious
Charles Woodson: Not as obvious as Peyton but still obvious
Calvin Johnson: I'm glad they didn't make him needlessly wait to get in simply for only playing 9 years even though there have been plenty of players who played as many or fewer seasons get in the hall
Lynch: Overall the list of nominees presented above was underwhelming after Faneca and the 3 1st ballot guys who got in. Lynch was simply the last of the regular nominees in
Tom Flores: Not sure why it took this long to get him in considering he coached former backup and career journeyman Jim Plunkett to 2 Super Bowl wins but he was overdue
Drew Pearson: I know there were people up and arms over his lack of inclusion last year. Also this appeases the Charlie Waters crowd who bitches about more 70s Steelers being included in the hall than 70s Cowboys

I'm fine with Drew Pearson getting in. But F*ck Charlie Waters and Cliff Harris both little bitches and cry babies after Bradshaw torched their asses twice.

I honestly didn't have a strong opinion either way, that was literally the only thing I could think of when writing about his conclusion
