More items from today:
--- Any doubt now who starts at quarterback when Ben Roethlisberger returns Monday? It was a silly debate from the get-go. The offense might have scored two more touchdowns Sunday with him at quarterback. That’s not a knock on Batch, who at 35 did as good a job as could be expected and stayed away from the turnovers and sacks vs. Baltimore. It’s just that Roethlisberger, given that much time by the offensive line against Baltimore, would have picked apart the Ravens.

--- Joe Flacco, where have you been? He had one of his best game, maybe his best, against the Steelers on Sunday and the Ravens needed every bit of it to win the game.

--- What’s up with the Steelers’ defense when given a fourth-quarter lead? They could not blame this one on the absence of Troy Polamalu and Aaron Smith.............

They was alot of mistakes that gave the game away. Especially on the last drive penalties killed us a first down would have sealed the game.

I don't know what's up with the D getting soft in the 4Q either, but I hope Papa Lebeau spends a lot of time in his laboratory during the bye figuring it all out. There were several reasons why the Steelers lost that game yesterday, but none more devastating than watching our phenomenal D give up the winning score to Douchemenzdeh. :horror:
