Following the game, Johnson told the media he’s fine after the late injury and it’s, “just a bruise,” per Brooke Pryor.

Good. Seems like every target to DJ is either boom or bust. Kind of crazy. Never seems to have an ordinary miss. He either makes a dazzling catch or has a dazzling drop or injury.

I can live with that as long as you have sure handed receivers elsewhere.

As I stated when DJ was drafted: when he’s good, he’s reeeally good... but, he’ll have some frustrating plays*

*drops
*running the wrong routes

That FG at the end of the second half should have been a TD (drop). A series later, we can blame Ben for throwing it right at the safety... buuut, I’m willing to bet that DJ was supposed to cut left (and it would have been a TD).

Imagine going into halftime up 37-7. It was a realistic possibility. Two gaffs by DJ erased 10 points.

When DJ and Ben will be onthe same page, this duo will be great.DJ has missed some time in the training camp and regular season because of injury but with the time the timing will be better

fingers crossed

Because, at times even yesterday, “Ben to DJ” looked unstoppable.

Good we need Juju, Claypool and DJ healthy. With all 3 of them in a game it's impossible for teams to cover them all. We see what happens when the Titans focused on Claypool, DJ & Juju were open all day.

Summation: he doesnt have the hands or toughness of Hines Ward.

He doesn have AB quickness though. When he's having a good game, he's really good.

he did leave some points on the field but statistically, still a good day. I'll take 80 yards and 2 TD any week.

It’s almost like a lack of concentration.

But, as Fire Goodell said, with the ball in his hands, he’s special.

Dj is not the type of player to target 15 times a game. IMO, the Steelers almost blew a 20 point lead because they did not run it enough in the 2nd half.

No, not really true....and keep in mind Mike Vrabel is an above average coach........and The Titans were very successful against the Pats, and the Ravens in the playoffs last season....and eventually lost to the Superbowl Champions.......The Steelers attempted to run the the ball in the second half, (and imagine this) the Titans adjusted...then it became a game. This, in my opinion was never going to be a blowout. But to blame it on not running enough,..well, would two more runs made a difference?

I feel like he could be a Santonio Holmes type player...maybe a better version.

This is not a problem if DJ is often open.

That doesn't matter. Not when you have a cool narrative about running the ball and dumb Steelers coaches and whatever else.
