Philly's defense can stop the run. Philly's defense can rush the passer. Take away Mark Andrews and there's a chance. Maybe that Dumb and Dumber 1 in a million, but a chance. Eagles beat Ravens and Steelers beat Browns sounds like a pretty good Sunday to me.

It seems as simple as taking away Andrews. Lamar is a solid running back but needs his outlet to really get the game going

Eagles have a solid D-line which can take away the running game and can stop the offense. The problem is the Eagles injured to hell o-line and WR corp (which is down to XFL caliber players without DeSean Jackson and Alshon Jeffrey) going up against the Ravens defense

Over 600 offensive yards for the titans in a 42-36 overtime win vs Houston...Crazy how bad Mariota was bad with the titans and of course Tanny deserve a lot of credit for that....Henry was also great...Big test for the steelers next week!

Week 6
Broncos 18 Patriots 12- LOL. Cam Newton was starting too. And they were at home
Titans 42 Texans 36- Titans also enjoy playing down to teams and going back to last second wins. They blew a 14 point lead at home as well and needed a late TD to tie it. Titans getting their money's worth out of Tannehill and Henry
Giants 20 Deadskins 19- Giants get first win after failed 2 point conversion by Washington
Falcons 40 Vikings 23- Vikings deflated. Falcons finally get a first win after Dan Quinn is fired
Lions 34 Jags 16- Sorry Lions fans, looks like Patricia is sticking around for a bit. Week 1 was a mirage, Jags are still terrible. Minshew is not keeping them in games anymore
Colts 31 Bungals 27- Bungals blew a 21 point lead.
Bears 23 Panthers 16- Bears surprisingly 5-1. Shows how bad Trubisky was last year.

I'm going to say it. Mike McCarthy is a piss poor NFL head coach. His entire coaching "strategy" literally involves around the following: "Rely exclusively on star QB to carry you and rest of team". And without star QB, he literally has no strategy. Shows how bad of a decision maker Jerry Boy is that he hired McCarthy in the first place

What he said. Plus the Iggles get Desean Jackson and Alshon Jeffery back this week. Assuming those dude's bodies hold up; they form a pretty decent trio with Fulgham.
The better question is why Philly hasn't brought anyone in at WR? Hightower, Ward, and Arcegawhateverside are the best they could find? Somehow I doubt it.

True...knew that but wasn’t thinking it. Lol. Regardless, he’s an upgrade over everyone on that roster when he’s allowed to play. When Jeffrey and Jackson return, they may not be able to beat out Fulgham for a roster spot. Neither of them have been overly impressive the last couple seasons. Jeffrey hasn’t been relevant since 2014? He’s just a guy.

True and I should have mentioned that. But look at Steelers bringing in Cain and otheers last season when they needed something at the position. Just sitting back and rolling the same zeros out there...doesn't make sense to me.
For instance, if whatever plan the Steelers cobble together for Bush goes bad against the Titans; I would hope we see a churn of bottom of the roster and PS guys for Ravens week and beyond until something works.
I am totally biased in this thinking. I honestly believe that NFL teams get too invested in "their" guys. I can not understand why teams are not constantly churning the bottom of their roster and practice squad. But, it isn't like I really know anything about how hard it truly is to bring in a guy off his couch and get him integrated into a team's system. For all I know it is far too hard to seriously consider. Perhaps it also varies by position?
