Anyone watching this game? Already a pretty fun one, hope KC wins for obvious reasons

Enjoyable so far. Packers Saints last night and this one tonight. Pretty solid feature games.

Did I see that right? A 4 receiver stack?

It looks like Ravens are blitzing a lot so far and the Chiefs are prepared for it with a lot of screens and quick passes to Kelce coming off the line.

There's no way we beat this team currently.

There's no way anybody beats this team if they can do this to Baltimore. Mahomes is too damn good, he may beat Brady's 6 SB record

This should still be a 2 score game, but KC's kicker shit the bed

Agreed, and like Brady he's doing it in their house.

And remember our defense is as good or better than Baltimore's so we should be able to do the same thing to Lamar.

Lamar/Ravens doesn't know how to come back when down at halftime.

Now 0-3 vs. Mahomes

Yeah that's the major weakness of that team imo. They don't play well from behind when they're forced to be 1-dimensional. Jackson is a great athlete but he's not the type of QB who can carry a team with his arm.

Though if you can't stop their running game they'll just pound you into submission

Lamar is a good running back. He's a bottom third QB.

Some of those balls he was throwing were super ugly.

Chiefs are by far in their own class at the moment. If they continue this style and level of play, no one will beat them. But it’s a long season and a lot can happen...

Yep and Mahomes was taking hits last night so you CAN get to him and all it takes is one hit. Take Mahomes away from that team and they are still good but not great.

You beat Mahomes the same way you beat Watson. Keep his butt on the bench with time consuming scoring drives. Wear down the defense and keep the offense off the field.

Well, 2 and 2 isn't too bad.

Bill Belichick gives Patrick Mahomes a compliment the Patriots coach doesn't give often

Belichick's few words said everything one needed to know

By Jeff Kerr (http://www.steelersuniverse.com/forums/safari-reader://www.cbssports.com/writers/jeff-kerr/)
Sep 29, 2020 at 9:47 am

Bill Belichick couldn't help himself when asked to discuss Patrick Mahomes (https://www.cbssports.com/nfl/players/playerpage/2142052/patrick-mahomes)' outstanding "Monday Night Football" performance for the Kansas City Chiefs (https://www.cbssports.com/nfl/teams/KC/kansas-city-chiefs/), a night Mahomes threw for four touchdowns and rushed for another while becoming the fastest quarterback to reach 10,000 passing yards in NFL (http://www.steelersuniverse.com/forums/safari-reader://www.cbssports.com/nfl) history (34 games).

In typical Belichick fashion, the compliment wasn't much -- but said plenty on his thoughts regarding Mahomes.
"All the superlatives that have been said about him, I'd just be repeating them all," Belichick said Tuesday morning after watching the Chiefs defeat the Baltimore Ravens (https://www.cbssports.com/nfl/teams/BAL/baltimore-ravens/) by a 34-20 final just hours prior (via ESPN's Mike Reiss (https://twitter.com/MikeReiss/status/1310922664278740993)).

I know we aren't suppose to piggyback posts but I saw no reason to start a new thread about the Patriots/Chiefs game. If the mods want to remove this post fine with me.
