Worst current Head coach with 3 or more years of experience:Adam Gase or Bill O'Brien

It's hard to think of 2 worse coaches than that .... Not only because they are not a good head coach, but they have too much big ego and they want too much power with their team even if they have very little success

Who is worse?

I could put Matt Patricia in this, but he only has 2 years as a head coach so far.

Matt patricia has not reached Gase/O’Brien levels. I’d have to go Gase. Gase has had some nice weapons to utilize and he just doesn’t do it. He refused to run the ball in Miami and they had a good back and he refused to utilize Bell to Bells best ability. He puts together shit teams on offense. He’s an overall disaster.
