Seriously. It's quite clear he'll never take a team to an AFC Championship let alone a Super Bowl. Years of underachieving with high end talent and then this. Bill O Brien is a poor head coach. Deshaun Watson and DeAndre Hopkin's abilities are being wasted (as are JJ Watt's when he's healthy)

He was actually with Penn State two years. He used that job to get a head coach job in the NFl.

The most messed up thing about it all is that GM Bill O'Brien stripped the Texans future drafts for parts to save coach Bill O'Brien's job.
Two first and something else for a LT who you know have to give a contract to.
Actual draft picks for Duke Johnson to gain 800 yards from scrimmage.
Actual draft picks for Kenny Stills to do Kenny Stills things.
They have little path to improvement. Not a ton of cap space considering the mega extensions that Watson and Tunsill are due this off-season and I think one top 4 round draft pick in 2020 and no first in 2021.
By and large, this is the Texans roster for the next 2 seasons.
