This is a team that could use good coaching. Talent level is way higher than the prefomance. Jerry is typically the problem but this year I don't see that

While you may not see it directly on the field you can rest assured it happens behind closed doors. When a player can simply bypass the coach and go directly to the owner there is a problem there.
