Unfortunately I am beginning to agree with you. He has had zero help from his WRs, but he is lacking to many things (arm strength, accuracy, pocket presence)

We keep getting pissed off at the Offense, when they are just playing up to their ability. This is their ceiling.

A backup QB thrust into a starting role into an Offense designed 100% for Ben Roethlisberger by an OC with minimal credentials outside of being Ben's best friend, and no legitimate playmakers at the skill positions. Juju is not a #1, Diontae Johnson is rookie, and JW is finding himself. Our "workhorse back" is too fragile.

Rudolph must be the problem. I mean, if Ben were here, he'd be roasting defenses left and right...oh wait, he was quite bad without AB going back to Week 17 last season. Randy Fichtner's offense is built on a very poor foundation, and there is no high-end talent at the skill positions to cover its warts. Playcalling won't make a lick of difference. We do not have the talent to run Ben/Fichtner's offense, so it will trudge along in mud for the rest of the season.

Once again adversity faces the team, and folks are jumping ship.

Great post. The offense needs to be redesigned and I'm not sure that Fictner is up to the task.
