His account got hacked. https://nypost.com/2019/06/18/brett-favres-instagram-hacked-with-return-to-nfl-post/. However, I find it hilarious the story around him is such that people would believe he'd try such a thing.

About $4 to $5 million. “Uh, yep, I’m gonna do that.” how about ten years? Not good enough to be a backup. But he could be on the practice squad. Do you know what that pays? I wouldn’t mind seeing it. Favre was fun to watch. Very similar to how Bradshaw played...
