Johnson just finished reading the memoir & remains of Ladarius Green. :chuckle:

Although Diontae Johnson was on the field for Day One of his NFL career, his role was apparently limited. He told the Trib’s Joe Rutter he was held out of team drills today. Johnson said it wasn’t injury-related but apparently didn’t elaborate for why he wasn’t a full participant.

Not the best start although not being available when the vets show up for OTAs is when I might start being concerned

Of course even the Steelers are not perfect when it comes to drafting WRs

Sammie 2X6 Coates. Stiff as hell. I see the same stiffness in Gentry.

Well to be fair when it comes to Coates he did lead the NFL in YPC before he broke his fingers. That was the end for a receiver who wasn't a natural hands catcher to begin with.
