and before anyone says so, Did you think that Shazier would fall to us? Or Watt? How about DeCastro? Dupree? (Everyone was astounded when Bud fell to us.) Even as far back as Big Ben or Heath Miller, players have been falling to us when you least expect it. It does happen...and in a draft so deep on the defensive side of the ball this scenario would not surprise me in the least. Winovich, I think is a bit of a stretch in the second but I have no doubts that an ILB can fall to us in the first. The key slots are going to be 5, 8, & 10-12. If one of them makes it through that 5 pick gauntlet, then I think he's free for the taking at 20....unless someone like KC, LAR, Balt, GB, etc trades up in front of us. Pray for QB's, TE's, and WR's to come off the board in the top nineteen along with all that DL talent.

You never know for sure my friend. Great players fall in drafts all the time for a variety of reasons.

I don't think it will happen, but you never know.

Good problem to have. White, Greedy, or Murphy?

Lonnie Johnson is a bigger value in R3 (than Devin White at 20).

Based on team needs, Arizona doesn’t “need” a QB.

Rumor has it that they could be dangling Rosen as possible draft day trade bait to the Giants, Redskins, Patriots or Chargers...

"new coach Kliff Kingsbury openly infatuated with Heisman Trophy winner and potential No. 1 draft pick Kyler Murray"

Agreed, Murray is neither a "need" for them or the Best player at his position in this draft. but:

A: Not all teams draft for need, they draft based on their perceived value of player. and

B: this new coach loves the player and knows that he won't have a chance to draft the third round talent in the second round because some one will over draft him in the first if they don't. QB is the keystone to every winning franchise ever (Except Baltimore IE Trent Dilfer).

You should get your answer based on what happens with Rosen here in the next week or so. If he’s still on the roster come draft day and the Cardinals intend to draft Murray, they flat out shot his trade value in the foot.

Also, it’s no guarantee that Rosen isn’t a franchise QB. The guy has hardly had a fair shot...

I get that Rosen could develop into a franchise QB and that Arizona is giving up on him if they trade him. I have complete faith that Josh is the #1 QB in last years draft when given a chance to prove it. I think he'd beast out as a Giant but fail as a Redskin. Washington has no idea how to run a team.

Miami wouldnt be bad and I think they have the ability to do it for a third round pick or so. Even a second. Rosen is the best QB in this draft...so a second round pick, leaving them with their first and third and 4 other picks.

Giants would be good but then what are you doing with Eli. I’m not
Convinced, close, but not convinced he’s washed up yet.
