If AB gets traded to the Raiders, which trade would you most covet?

Dwinsgames

Conley and the 27 but if I am honest I take Conley and a 2nd

we're most likely getting picks 2(35) and 4(106) from the Raiders...

Crud. I knew that that was a very realistic option... but, I forgot to add that to the poll.

Mods, please assist (and add this one).

I would take that and try and trade down to recoup value ...

move back a couple times 2-3 picks gathering up a few 3rd round selections and still come away with Devin White at 10 ( right in front of the Bengals )

Someone on this board had the perfect suggestion. Put this in AB's corner and make him and his agent find a trade partner that we can all agree on otherwise he stays here. If he stays and his attitude does not change make him sit on the bench and fine him. If we get a trade offer later in the season that is good we can pursue it at that time. If he sits out collect his paycheck and if he retires go after his money again and if he comes back he comes back to us. Time for us to play hardball

I want a player (namely: Conley) and a pick. Conley was on the trading block last off-season; so, I’d expect him to be available.

The 35th pick is a good spot to pick. Obviously, it’s not a R1 pick, but the early part of Day 2 is sometimes better. You have 12-15 hours to find the “one who got away” and/or to work out a trade.

Likewise, the 106th pick is the fourth pick on Day 3. It’s not quite as good as the beginning of Day 2, but those first five picks generally pan out (guys who slipped through the cracks). Plus, it’s where teams often trade away for a 2020 R2-R3 pick.

Trade back from 35 to a team with two R2 picks (Eagles, Texans, Chiefs... and, yes, Taperiots).

Whoops. The tweet didn’t show up when I responded.

At 4... I’d stay to see if Bosa (somehow falls). If not, then hope that the Giants & Jags want to leapfrog each other get a QB.

It won't let me make that kind of edit. Maybe Gary could do it. :noidea:

I would be cool with the 27th and Conley or Joseph.i liked both coming out of college. Hopefully we get all three. Raiders did extend safety Harris yesterday

If we can get a CB and pick 35 I'm definitely in. That gives us an upgrade in Conley and 3 draft picks in the top 52 picks. Yes, I would sign up for that.

I want either 2 1st round picks or the 4th picks. Either get 2 1st round picks or a potential game changing defender at no. 4.
I don't get the Conley love, I don't remember him actually doing anything in the league. Is he really anything more than another developmental defender who the defensive coaches won't coach up? Is he anything more than another bud Dupree/artie burns/ Sean davis?

Like I keep saying they don't have to trade him, they can waste away his career. If I have to take on a $21 million cap hit to trade my most productive player i want to trade up into the top 10 or get another 1st

I would be very happy with #27 and a 5th.

Can't see them moving Conley. But who knows?

Walking away with Bush and Baker in round one is a big win. Draft Deebo Samuel in round 2.

There’s too many teams with the need that the Devins make it to 20. Just Miami, Minnesota and Cincinnati alone are in need.

Well if AB doesn’t sign by tomorrow, it doesn’t effect free agency. The Steelers would have a million more if he was off the books. Tomorrow is the first official day of FA tampering.Curious if we hear anything about the Steelers, or do they wait as usual

Why would Raiders be interested, they dumped talent in favor of draft picks which is probably due to the fact that they know they are not in a position to win anytime soon. So why bring in a 31 year old who is going to break the bank?

Brown isn’t going to help that 2-3 years from now. They are better off getting some stud rookies and working with them or signing Lev Bell and having him for much longer than AB.

It's been reported that Oakland offered a Second (35th) and a 4th before Buffalo's deal was reported. Now, Oakland is still considered the contender but Brown is refusing to play ball for any amount of realistic contract demands. He is painting the team into a corner where they really shouldn't get rid of him.

He's making it impossible to get any value. In which case the team would be stupid to get rid of him. Keep him, force him to show up to camp and play as instructed by his contract.....or he can hold out / be fined for not doing his job.....in which case the Steelers gain Cap space A'la Bell in 2018. He's been playing hardball for months and the team needs to take a stand and let him know that he is an employee and not the owner. This isn't the NBA and never will be.

Exactly my thoughts. When the Raiders do gt to Vegas in 2020 they are not going to have any problems selling tickets. The visiting fans alone will take care of filling the stands. What is important to me is that Brown does not effectively control his destiny. He need not be a poster boy for a bad boy getting his way. He will never shut up. This guy is a wacko. Nice job Tomlin you are a big part of this problem.
