Perhaps Joey Porter is just the first domino to fall. Though Porter was the only coach canned in yesterday’s press release, multiple reports indicate the Pittsburgh Steelers will soon make other moves.

I regard the "more moves to come" from Gerry Dulac of the P-G in the linked article than to be more reliable/encouraging than whatever Ian Rapoport is tweeting. Firing ILB coach Olsavsky but keeping Butler will not address the core problem with the defensive assistants.

What exactly the "Core Problem" is seems to be what the defensive debate is all about. I would love to see who replaces Porter first. I disagree Butler is the entire issue. A new DC may be what is needed but it may also be a Todd Haley/Hue Jackson situation as well. Meaning assistants think they know moe bettah than the 'boss'.
