If this team is to truly dismantle and become irrelevant anyway.....money ball time. Use the commodities this team does have to rebuild with all new coaches, players, and the number1 overall pick in the 2020 draft.

I would tank for a franchise changing defensive playmaker and hire a head coach who can build a great offensive system around Rudolph.

I think if we are gonna blow it up(FIRE FIRE FIRE) then do it right. Get rid of everyone. Make trades for draft picks, any player that is not in his rookie deal that we can. Keep players in the last year of their current deal. Play for that 1st overall pick(1-3 wins at most) and take the highest rated QB in the draft. That gives him JuJu, Conner, Washington, and Samuels. Use your draft picks gotten from trades to fill in the OL, and TE, maybe add in another WR and RB. Use other traded for draft picks to trade for players to fill in defensive holes. Still have Heyward, Hargraves, Tuitt, Watt, Dupree, Davis, and Sutton. Keep Haden if it makes losing on purpose easier to swallow.

In other words get the best player possible at the most important position, QB. EVERYONE else is on the trade block for draft picks or players that make sense here. 2-3 year rebuild and we are back in the SB. Just easy as that. "Bomb for Fromm" was just the easiest rhyme for me to make.
