Both have won a lot of games because of the talent of their team, they won a championship early in their career, but since they are unable to win a big game and their team can't play defense.

It's just who is going to be this team's Mike Sullivan?

Tom Bradley?

I do not know, but for the pens, when they fired Bylsma, they won back-to-back stanley cup soon after in the toughest sport to repeat.

They won their 2nd Cup without their best player in defense too.

Yet some fans can't put 2 and 2 together. How about 3 Playoff wins in 8 seasons with arguably the NFLs best offense.

No worries. It's a pretty irrelevant comparison anyway.

Tomlin needed to step up after the team underachieved under him and they didn't

No room on my plate for hockey... football is hard enough to stomach at times.
