Guess between Roethlisberger and Rudolph, guess who had:

A better completion rate:

A better TD/Interception Ratio:

A better Yards Per Attempt:

A better Passer Rating:

A Red Nose Reindeer:

A Bathroom "Incident":

Hint: it is not a sweep....

If we are talking college, college stats don't matter in the pros. If we are talking about pros, Rudolph has a zero the first 4 categories

If college stats mattered, Landry Jones would be all pro lol.

If college stats mattered, Landry Jones would be all pro lol.

As would a lot of other Big 12 QBs that put up big numbers exploiting porous-non-existent Big 12 defenses that wound up doing nothing in the pros

Actually, his YPA, TD/Int ratio and QBR were a good bit lower.

There is a reason he was not a first round grade and Ben and (arguably) Rudolph were.

I'm gonna guess:

A better completion rate: Rudolph

A better TD/Interception Ratio: Rudolph

A better Yards Per Attempt: Ben

A better Passer Rating: Rudolph

A Red Nose Reindeer: Trick question, it was Santa you prick

A Bathroom "Incident": If you mean the "glory hole," Tom Brady for sure

No thanks. In the regular season, I'd take Ben long before Bradshaw. Now, come playoffs? That just might be a different issue, but regular season? Ben.

As I’ve said before...

In 2027, after Mason Rudolph wins his second Lombardi Trophy as the Steelers starting QB, the trivia question will be:

Q: What did the Steelers give up to acquire Rudolph?
A: a burnout receiver and a R7 pick

#stealofthedecade

I hope so. Either way, I still like the idea of cutting loose the burnout WR and 7th round pick for a 3rd round selection.

Yep.
We acquired Mason Rudolph for next to nothing.

Low risk, (possible) high regard.
