PSU fan here.

Marcus is a solid kid. He's not flashy, he's solid. He breaks down in space and makes the tackle. When around the LOS, he shoots gaps and makes the tackle.

He can cover TEs, and bring them down if needed. Don't look for him to be a ball hawk with seven INTs, etc. That's not his game. He's barely more S than LB.
