My brother-in-law used to use that gif ad nauseum, specifically when he’d send me a picture of a beer he’d enjoyed.

As in:
I would receive a picture of a bok choy infused IPA... followed by the gif of Spinthenfall.

I interpreted that as: “This beer is so good, that it makes me want to hump another man.”
