You know I generally dislike any “the Steelers should go sign this guy” (Dez Bryant! Navarro Bowman! Mel Blount’s cowboy hat!) but if the team wants to look to help out their pass rush help, it wouldn’t be a bad idea to at least check in on Denver Broncos outside linebacker Shane Ray.
Here’s what we know.

I can't see the Steelers trading for Ray this season but maybe pursuing him next year if we don't re-sign Dupree.

I am not opposed to the idea, the article is correct that we have pretty slim depth at OLB and he could be an upgrade over Dupree, giving us a year to evaluate which to sign to a second contract.

He'd be worth a 7th rounder.

Believe Denver could use depth at corner, maybe Sensabaugh+7th rounder for Ray?

I like Ray as an option behind both Watt and Dupree.

But not sure the Steelers will show much interest.

Given their track record the last 3 years in giving up draft picks for unproven players, no thank you

Sensabaugh? Why would Denver even entertain that deal?!?

Sensabaugh is solid slot corner believe it or not.

Doubt the Steelers offer much anyway. As I mentioned, doubt they have much interest.
