Steelers Not Awarded Compensatory Draft Pick

It does seem like J.J. Wilcox was counted against the Steelers, even though he was acquired in a trade, not a free agent pickup.

I guess we couldn't really expect much but ... oh well.

More interesting to me is the fact that the list of teams who received the most picks, as well as all the high ones, looks like a who's-who of "Teams that people thought could be decent but had a much more disappointing season than expected, plus let's consolidate all of New England's free agent losses into one decent pick but spread other teams' out individually with multiple 5th and 6th-rounders."
