The awards and honors continue to roll in for Antonio Brown, the most recent one courtesy of the NFL 101 Awards. Brown was named their 2017 AFC Offensive Player of the Year, an honor he will receive at their annual event in Kansas City on February 24.

This is the second time that Brown is being honored by the organization. Brown, and teammate Le’Veon Bell, were named co-AFC Offensive Players of the Year in 2014, the first time there were co-winners.

“He has big play written all over him and it can happen at any time,” said John Stallworth. “With Antonio you have a big play waiting to happen any time he touches the ball, whether it’s a short pass or a long pass, catching a short one and turning it into a big one. He is a big play ready to happen. He is somebody opposing defenses have to take into account and believe me he probably scares the dickens out of them.”

Those are mighty words coming from someone of Stallworth's caliber. Very much deserved.

Congratulations, Antonio! :tt02:

AB does not NEED to play this week. Rest him another week, let him get well and continue to heal the calf. Not a big deal.

Against that D? If he can play, he should play.

Quite assumptive. I hope you are right.

A playoff game against a tough physical team sporting the no. 1 defense is the last time to think about resting your best offensive player for next week. It's not a given they'll beat the Jags with AB, and the odds of them beating the Jags and playing next week go down significantly without him. I honestly don't understand why people are saying rest AB for another week like it's a regular season game against some garbage team and not a do or die playoff game against the same team that blew them out of their own field earlier in the year.

If we lose, the steelers will have no next week, the only game that matters to the steelers right now it's against the jaguars and they must win at all costs!
