The Associated Press announced their annual All-Pro team for the 2017 NFL season on Friday and four Pittsburgh Steelers received first-team designations.

Steelers wide receiver Antonio Brown, running back Le’Veon Bell, defensive end Cameron Heyward and guard David DeCastro were the four Pittsburgh players who made the 2017 AP All-Pro team.

Brown, who caught 101 passes for 1,533 yards and nine touchdowns during the 2017 regular season, was the only unanimous choice this year. Brown also missed the Steelers last two-plus games with a calf injury.

Damn straight! Heyward making it on the All-Pro team which is a much more meritable distinction than the pro bowl. And 1st team All-Pro to boot!

Brown and Bell for sure, but I thought DeCastro had some up and down games this season. I guess that is part the life of an NFL O lineman, but part the reputation of DeCastro being established. Yeah, nice to see Cam recognized as it seems the Aaron Donald, Cam Jordan, Calais Campbell type guys are more splashy in their play and rushing of the passer than a hard nosed grinder like Cam.

Looking at the list, I'm surprised it's only Brady's third all-pro selection.

Well deserved for all and I'm especially happy for Cam.

Seeing that Von Miller made it over Ryan Kerrigan shows that this team isn't just based on merit either. Kerrigan definitely had a better season.

AB missed almost the final 3 games and still led the league in receiving yards. Would have loved to have seen him the final 3 games healthy

That shows that there are plenty of clueless people voting for this. 3 people picking DeCastro at LG. Ryan Kerrigan didn't get a single vote despite having 13 sacks. 1 person voted for Yanda, who was out all year.

It's still a lot less of a joke than the Pro Bowl with its fan voting is...

The Pro Bowl is a complete joke. Anything where fans are voting is a joke.

I really just don't see how Kerrigan doesn't get a single All Pro vote. He had a better season than Von Miller but yet Miller gets all of those votes just because of his name.

Probably because All-Pro is selected based on the regular season and so all those years Peyton won it.
