Le’Veon Bell’s groin hurt him so much he wanted to cry.
It was injured in the Steelers’ first playoff game against Miami last year on the way to his team postseason-record 167 yards rushing to go with two touchdowns.
Now, the Steelers were involved in a tight second playoff game against the Chiefs, and they were leaning on their star back to do it again.
And he did, with a record of 170 yards in an 18-16 Steelers victory. He’s just not sure HOW he did it.
“Honestly, I have no idea. It was literally will,” Bell said Wednesday after practice. “I mean, I just remember the third quarter it was like a point in the huddle I was almost crying it hurt so bad..........

They were down so many players last year. Having so many players healthy and ready to go makes all the difference in the world.
Can they put it all together and get over the hump?
I can't wait to see.

They still need to make it through the D round and all 4 quarters in the AFCCG.

I know. Anything can happen, and players could start dropping like flies again.
I'm just saying that they are in a pretty good spot physically right now, provided that AB is near 100%.

Just the fact that Ben, Bell and AB have yet to play a full game against this team is beyond comprehension. Adding our other pieces like Bryant, JuJu and McDonald with them all on the field at once makes them even more difficult to stop. This is truly my only concern. With the exception of Shazier, if we meet them again, can we go INTO the game FULLY healthy and FINISH the game against them FULLY HEALTHY and have NO SUSPENSIONS or EJECTIONS and etc.?

Exactly. And you didn't even mention Haden.

I'd prefer and healthy Shazier and Brown but I'll take what we can at this point.
