Thomas is a 24 year old 6'4 310 lb Guard who started 12 games for the Doplhins last year.
Allen Barbre is a 26 year old OT, who started 7 games for the packers last year. He is 6'4 300 lbs.
Baraka Atkins is a 6'4 268 lb OLB/DE...I'm not sure what that is all about???

And they're all free agents? Wonder why they were cut? Any ideas?

I'm pretty sure denver was trying atkins at OLB, but he was an end with the seahawks as far as I know
Donald Thomas was once considered a gem in the draft by the dolphins. Not sure what happen between last year and now
Barbre- meh, he's one of the reasons they brought Taucher back

Thomas is only 24. Obviously SOMETHING happened.

Looks like he got himself in the coaches doghouse.
Donald Thomas, a sixth-round pick in 2008 out of Connecticut who has been the Week 1 right guard the past two years, has been cut as well, according to ESPN. Thomas lost his starting job early in the second half of last season and was never able to get out of Tony Sparano’s doghouse, for whatever reason.
The drafting of John Jerry in the third round this year was the beginning of the end for Thomas, who was given a look at left guard in the offseason but was unable to click at that spot.
