Our long, civic nightmare is over.

Forget that the Steelers beat the Tennessee Titans Thursday night to run their AFC-best record to 8-2. The offense scored 30 points.

Finally.

It’s fair to say Ben Roethlisberger felt good about the 40-17 win. Did you see his fist pump after his second touchdown pass to Antonio Brown gave the Steelers a 23-14 lead early in the third quarter? Roethlisberger hadn’t been that demonstrative in a long time. It wasn’t just an evening of frustration that he released. It was more like a season of frustration..........

Thanks for posting but the Post Gazette is unreadable for me. I use an adblocker so I switch to a different browser and the P-G says I need to log in. Meh.

That has to be the first game I've ever watched that ended in 6 consecutive kneel downs. Jones showed some nice form though.

It was nice to see that both teams realized that the game was over... exemplified by the hand shaking after the kneel downs, specifically Quinton Spain and Cam Heyward. I'm assuming that it went something like this:

HEYWARD: Nice game, man.
SPAIN: Uh... you kicked my ass.
HEYWARD: Yeah, but you didn't chop my knees.
SPAIN: F*ck the Bengals!!!
HEYWARD: My brother.

The kneel downs were classy on both sides.

Ben going in no-huddle and dinking and dunking LeBeau's defense won the game for the offense.

No way do the Pats* do that. If they were down, they would still try to make some plays.

I use the P-G reader app on my phone

After around 15 articles I get a message that my "free" articles have been read

So I delete the app, reinstall it, and keep reading :chuckle:

Have you tried just deleting the browser history? :noidea:

That is when it is appropriate to take a knee.

I just go to private browser. Often just changing locations works.
