The Steelers Week 12 game against the Green Bay Packers on Sunday, Nov. 26 at Heinz Field will remain on NBC’s Sunday Night Football. Kickoff is scheduled for 8:30 p.m.

The NFL announced the changes for games scheduled for Weeks 12 and 13 today, and the Steelers-Packers game will not be flexed.

In addition, the Steelers-Bengals game on. Dec. 4 at Paul Brown Stadium in Week 13 on Monday Night Football was not eligible to be flexed. The league does not allow for Thursday or Monday night games to be flexed. The Steelers also play the Houston Texans on Monday, Dec. 25, and that game is not eligible to be flexed. No games can be flexed during Week 16, which is when that game is scheduled.

The Steelers-Ravens Week 14 game on Dec. 10, which is on Sunday Night Football, as well as the Steelers-Browns game on Sunday, Dec. 31 at 1 p.m. are still eligible to be flexed. The Steelers-Patriots game on Sunday, Dec. 17 (Week 15) was previously protected by CBS and will remain at 4:25 p.m.

Steelers are ratings gold.

It's a 5 star matchup because we're in it. That's high on my damn agenda! :hippo:

I'm glad because otherwise I'm stuck putting myself on a personal blackout and waiting till the second games are done to watch it on Gamepass.

Disappointed, I was hoping they'd move it. 3 or 4 night games in a row YAY! (not really)

I (kind of) get why night games would suck for season ticket holders (having to get up the next day to go to work).

But, I love night games... because, I can do stuff all day on Sunday and then unwind with some football.

Unwind?:rofl:It usually takes me hours to calm down after a Steelers night game.

I agree. And after a win, I jump on here or listen to Batch's postgame radio show. Sometimes I am asleep an hour or 2 after.

If it's a loss, I turn on Netflix or pout. :chuckle:

Agreed - night games may be great if you are in the Pacific time zone but not falling asleep until 1 am is not

I'll be at Disney world on Nov 26th Week #12 game so myself and my 10 year old son will probably hit a sports bar at Disney Springs to watch the game (or maybe we'll take it in at the pool):bounce:

That is actually perfect.

Go to the park, get worn out, and then, head back to your hotel room (or, to the ESPN Zone located in Downtown Disney) for the 5:30 game. Rest, eat, enjoy the Steelers. Then, voila!!! you are now reenergized and ready for round 2 (and bonus: since most of the little kiddos are now asleep, the lines are basically nothing).

Trust me. Because, even if there wasn't a game, we always head back to our hotel room (or a restaurant) to rest for a few hours.

lol. Yep. The joys of living out here in the West. Can't tell you how many times I've done that only to have my phone beep and it end up being someone texting me about the game.

Being on Mountain Time, it's not too Godawful late when the game's over here either. And although I'm nowhere near as passionate about the game as I used to be, a Steelers win still charges me up and I stay awake for a good bit afterward. However, if it's a loss, I go right to sleep. :chuckle:
