I have no idea how the Browns are still permitted to be in the National Football League. None whatsoever. They're cursed.

the comment I liked most was "only the browns could figure out a way to lose during their bye week"

Actually it would've been far worse if the Clowns did complete the trade. They were going to give Cincinnati their 2nd and 3rd round picks! For McCarron, of all people!
We are the winners here because those picks would've been a real bargain for Cincinnati, especially because they will be high due to Cleveland challenging again for No.1 overall.
And of course McCarron is the winner. Anyone who avoids going to Cleveland or getting out of there is a winner.

My God. The Browns are comedy gold...that team should be on hard knocks, amazon prime and any other NFL reality show they want to do. Lol.

The Browns would lose if they were on a reality show owning a pawn shop or flipping houses too!

McCarron now trying to maximize his ability to cash in after this season
McCarron has filed a grievance against the Bengals and is awaiting a ruling from an arbitrator that will determine whether he is an unrestricted or restricted free agent after this season, sources tell ESPN....
Cincinnati likely would place a first-round tender on McCarron as a restricted free agent, sources told ESPN, which would make it difficult to simply sign him to an offer sheet....
McCarron initially passed his post-draft physical, but the Bengals placed him on the non-football injury list (NFI) at the start of training camp due to a shoulder issue. In McCarron's opinion, he was healthy enough to come off the NFI list during training camp, which would have counted his rookie season toward his free agency. But Cincinnati didn't add McCarron to its active roster until Dec. 9, which was too late for him to accrue a season toward his free agency.

Story now is Clowns front office sabotaged trade Hue Jackson wanted
Numerous coaches believe GM Sashi Brown had no intention of actually completing the agreed-upon trade...
The degree of compensation -- a second- and a third-round pick -- struck the rest of the league as wildly inflated, and while rival executives can see why Brown would have balked in the end, backing out of a verbal commitment to another team is considered a massive breach of protocol within the NFL, leaving the Bengals, and Browns coaches, furious....
Owner Jimmy Haslam's son-in-law, JW Johnson, has continued to take a more hands-on role with the club, sources said, and he will be an integral figure in the reshuffling of the franchise, along with Haslam's wife, Dee, who is considered by many inside and outside of the organization to be the most powerful figure in the Browns hierarchy.

Figures the wife of the owner would be calling the shots for the Clowns
