Haha true, but it was generations ago that he last started a game. I really hope we have our pro-bowl nosetackle to take care of the Titan's All-Pro Runningback :)

he did start a couple of games in 08 and did great

I have no fear, other than depth, with hoke out there. Hamstrings are better to let them rest, so if big snack is not completely healthy he should sit. A healthy big snack is needed for later in the season

He started a whole bunch of games in 2004 when they went 15-1 and Big Snack was out

One exception, 08 season vs the Giants, Hoke started and we lost, other than that he is one of the most valuable NT backups in the league. The Defense Barely misses a beat with him.

when hampton went down a few season ago, the steelers' defense was actually stronger with hoke in.
