Has some impressive blocks. Doesn't look like a threat as a receiver. Bulk him like Villy did and groom him to play tackle. (Wishful thinking)

He can't block and slaps at the ball like in basketball. He needs to put on some weight and improve technique or he is another McCullers.

You seen his film or are you just repeating the published info that's on the internet?

He looks like a good prospect to me. Put some weight on him, help him improve his blocking and his catching technique and he could be a real find.

6'8"? If he has any hands at all, how does he not land a spot? At least as a PS guy. Knees would be the concern long term, but for 3 seasons, could be the anomaly we need.

Did you guys see some of those catches? This guy has great hands! He's another example of the Big 5 bias. He definitely has a problem getting separation down the seam but his height makes it easy for him to win the battle caused by that lack of separation. Besides doesn't the TE usually need to catch contested balls? Based on the positions route tree.

Meh. At least they didn't overpay for about the same thing in the draft. Don't see how he is any worse than about 50% of the other TEs who did get drafted.

Looked at some highlights and video on Odom. He may not be the best blocker but he's a willing blocker, which puts him on pace with Grimble. He has great hands from what I see. His height makes him a matchup issue already. I'm liking this guy some. With Green now gone, makes sense to have a receiver/TE for this offense. He and Grimble probably in direct competition right now.
