NO QB please.

In fact I hope the steelers will go with 2 players on defense(DB especially) and an TE.

ANYONE BUT KIZER. Honestly, anyone on the planet. I would rather have the Steelers re-draft Limas Sweed, Jarvis Jones, and Mendenhall than draft Kizer before the 4th round - maybe the 3rd round comp pick - MAYBE.

You think they do the Tomlin/Colbert "double dip"? (2 early picks at the same position of need)

2 LBs early???

Timmons/Woodley
Decastro/Adams
Sanders/Brown
Allen/C.Brown

King has been mentioned a little.

Moreau has been mentioned some.

But... Awuzie is like everyone's favorite.

Gonna change my prediction in my signature a bit based on how the board looks and the fact that I keep reading from pittsburgh media sources that Dobbs is making noise.

2nd-S Marcus Williams
3rd-QB Josh Dobbs
3rd comp-CB Jourdan Lewis

If he's still around, I think we'd be stupid not to take a shot at Sidney Jones in the third. Get a first round pick for third round price and let him rehab until the middle of the season . . . I have no problem with that.

As for second round, I have no idea. If we're going to take a shot at Jones in the third, then I'd like to see perhaps a RB to compliment Bell, but the best one left (from what I can tell) worries me with character issues, something we've had enough of in the last few months.

For our other third round pick, I think we pick another guy for the D line. Last year showed we need a little more depth there because of injury. I wouldn't mind a TE, but we already have three on the roster, and honestly, I wouldn't mind seeing what Grimble can do.

That, and if Watt doesn't work at LB, we can always switch him back to TE. :boink: :chuckle:

As I mentioned elsewhere...

The more that I look & read, the more that I foresee a huge run on DBs in the next round and a half. I could see 6 safeties and 10 corners coming off of the board before we pick again in R3. Ergo, we might need to go DB at 62.

If its Wormley I'll be happy as a clam.

He ate DINNER with Tomlin.

He and Sutton would be my front runners.

Best thing at this stage is grab the best player at any position. Can't reach for a CB just because of need. There's really one maybe two DBs that are worth a 2nd pick...but probably better talent at other positions.

The Dolphins just never want to let go of 17-0. Can they ever just not say it every freaking time they open their mouths? :doh2:

Its the only thing the franchise has accomplished as note. It's impressive, but that is all they have.

This is the same franchise that has pretty much squandered the career of one of the greatest Quarterbacks to play the game, after the Steelers basically handed him to them in 1983.

The Dolphins have also consistently played chump to the New England Patriots in the AFC East for the better part of the past twenty years. Handing them division titles year after year along with the equally incompetent Bills and Jets.

Not exactly something to be proud of otherwise besides 17-0.
