Lawrence Timmons answers to "Law Dawg," and the moniker that Steelers coach Mike Tomlin gave him in 2007 is now more than just a play on his name.

"He's the new sheriff in town," fellow inside linebacker James Farrior said. "I feel like it's his time this year."

The emerging Timmons figures to be a central figure Sunday when the Steelers try to corral Chris Johnson..............

the steelers held johnson to 58 yards in last year's meeting.

i want to see polamalu hit him in the backfield again.

CJ is a beast in that backfield and Timmons, as well as the rest of the D, are definitely going to have their work cut out for them. I know we pretty well contained him the last time the two teams met, but CJ is one year older, one year faster and on a mission this season to reach 2,500 yards. He's going to be really tough to bottle up.

I strongly believe CJ can go over 2,000 yards again this year and our defense will have it's toughest test so far in week two with him and VY. Hopefully with a healthy Big Snack back we can come out hungry and fired up just like in week one and shut their run game down, which makes our chances much higher for winning.

CJ2K had some success in our only two meetings against him, but we kept him under control. With Troy back, Timmons looking revamped, and one of THE best tackling CB's in the league (Bryant McFadden, that's significant because let's face it, there will be some splash plays from him), we have a good chance of doing it again. I'm really scared that Hampton might not play, or at the very least will be banged up.

The Titans running game will be shut down. The D is going to keep it close again. Hopefully Dixon will be more comfortable and start finishing drives.

I'm not worried about our defense because, I know we will shut down Johnson. Just like it was already pointed out make Young throw to beat us. Hopefully Mendy & DD can put enough points on the board for the win.
