Im a newbie

I was a lurker at that other forum but I think I will actually post on this site when time allows. Just a little about myself. I have been a Steeler fan for as long as I can remember even though I grew up in Indiana. We did not get the Colts until I was a teenager and I did not like the uniforms of the Bengals or Bears so I simply chose a team my father hated and that had really awesome uniforms. Been addicted ever since and never thought twice about it even when the Colts arrived in Indiana. I am a soldier in the Army and funny thing is both times I have deployed over seas the Steelers have won the Lombardi and I am hoping this little run continues for me again as I prepare for a third go around..if you will. Oh who cares right! I get to rambling sometimes and I apologize in advance. Thanks for getting this website up and running it looks great and I look forward to contributing as much as I can.

Welcome! thank you for your service! even though you are down at ft campbell with all the screaming chickens and dopes on a rope! I too was a teenager when the dolts arrived in indy, but i had been bleeding black and gold for to many years to ever think about switching teams!
