Hines Ward shows leadership and provides catches

The Steelers sputtered yesterday without quarterback Ben Roethlisberger, needing overtime to score a touchdown and end a battle of field goals in their NFL opener against the Atlanta Falcons at Heinz Field. Until Roethlisberger serves the last of his four-game suspension and returns in October, there will continue to be questions about the offense.
As for the certainties, Hines Ward might be a good place to start.
Starting his 13th season, the wide receiver with the linebacker mentality, the vocal leader and the Steelers' top career top pass-catcher was expected to do even more to help fill the void left by Roethlisberger's absence.
