Rashard Mendenhall burst through the line of scrimmage untouched and was racing down the sideline when he felt the hand of Atlanta Falcons safety Erik Coleman swipe at his shoes near the 20-yard line.

Coleman might as well have tugged on Superman's cape.

"I knew I wasn't going down," Mendenhall said. "He got my foot a little bit, but my eyes were towards the end zone."

I have to admit my heart skipped a beat until he stood back up and then I went crazy. what a great run.

i know the neighborhood was wondering what was going on in my house my sons and i where screaming go baby go woooooohoooooooooo! and then he scored and my eldest son said did you see that BLOCK!

I had to let out a few war hoops myself everyone was playing cards and I was watching the game they didn't know what happened they just looked at me.

I think my wife thought I was having a seizure or something when he broke that run. I just went nuts.

You should have seen the way the Steeler Club I watch the games with went crazy! I think you could have heard it all over Memphis! :sofunny:

And big "ups" to Hines and Heath for those epic blocks that cleared the way for Mendy!

i think it was the swing of emotions....hell yeah one minute then damn it the next. after that run i think i was grinning for about an hour after the game
