Since the game is this evening I doubt it will have an effect on the game or player rest. Still bullshit bush league stuff though.

let the cheating begin. As the games get bigger, you would expect the Pats to up their cheating game commensurately.

Looking forward to the background story on this genius

Great security at that hotel - good to know you can just stroll through the lobby and roam the halls at 3 a.m. until you find a fire alarm

Props to NFL security for being on the case

NFL security officials were staying at the same hotel and were on the scene during the incident.

Because it's not news in New England....

Look, the local and national news doesn't report snowfall in Minnesota, but if it falls in Florida...it's National news or as the youngins would say...it be lit!!

Yeah they guy was arrested but the fine is minimal $100 to $500 max. Tickets to the game cost more than the fine, but yeah they are concerned about curtailing this type of activity.

I know we can all laugh this off, but this is a microcosm of what happens to teams when you play the Patriots at home.

This is the bullshit and the environment that the NFL has allowed these assholes to create. It is completely unacceptable, and it is the reason that they have the well-earned reputation as cheaters.

Nothing would be better than to see the Steelers end their season, and be the team that landed the first shot that started the decline of the Evil Empire. What could be better than a win that denies the "Assholes" another trip to the super bowl, and also marks the end of dominance by cheating. Brady is getting older, and you never know when he's going to step off the performance cliff.

They won't have enough boats in the area to handle the flooding in the streets caused by the flowing of tears if the Steelers pull this off later today. Nothing would be sweeter or more deserved.

I would bet the farm that the team plants a designated "fire alarm creator" for every big home game at the hotel where the visiting team is staying. Would that even surprise anyone?

No surprise about the perp

A Boston man described by his lawyer as a “die-hard Patriots fan” has pleaded not guilty to pulling a fire alarm that roused the visiting Steelers from their hotel beds (http://www.post-gazette.com/sports/steelers/2017/01/22/pittsburgh-steelers-hotel-fire-alarm-afc-championship/stories/201701220220) ahead of their AFC championship matchup against New England....

Prosecutors said Harrison told police he was drunk and did something “stupid” on a dare.
